Our organisation’s mission statement is to procure and provide intelligence solutions to clients in all levels of industry. We believe that no transaction is impossible if the right strategy is in place. How do we accomplish this mission? How do we ensure that our client’s goals are met? We use a mixture of intelligence gathering and persuasion techniques that are proven to work in complex social and business situations.
It is all much simpler than it sounds: if you have a business or personal goal to achieve, we facilitate training and access to the resources you need to accomplish that goal.
While we engage in many, different types of transaction, we must make it clear that no illicit or illegal activity will be undertaken by any member of the Ellis & Dracco team. Below are a few of the notions we consider unacceptable:
Industrial Espionage: including the theft and sale of information and sensitive documentation.
Coercion: including forced sharing of information.
Bribing and Black Mailing of any kind.
Violence and intimidation.
All of the above are unethical and unfair practices, and should remain illegal for the market to be balanced. Instead, we create strategies that will help you achieve your goals with a mutually beneficial outcome.
"A facilitator is someone who engages in the activity of facilitation. They help a group of people understand their common objectives and assists them to plan how to achieve these objectives; in doing so, the facilitator remains "neutral" meaning he/she does not take a particular position in the discussion. Some facilitator tools will try to assist the group in achieving a consensus on any disagreements that preexist or emerge in the meeting so that it has a strong basis for future action. Says Raju Mandhyan, the Chapter Chairman of the International Association of the Philippines, "A process facilitator, like a midwife, does not own the intentions, the actions and the outcomes. He just helps deliver the baby.'"
